Fic: Three
Nov. 26th, 2005 01:36 amMy contribution to the November DanJan Challenge. Story is ship, Dan/Jan but includes the team.
Title: Three
Author: Moonshayde
Season: Eight
Category: Drama, Angst, A/A
Spoilers: Heroes, Lockdown, Zero Hour, Icon, with minor spoilers from other seasons.
Pairing/Character: Daniel/Janet, Team
Summary: The door to all; the door to one. In the circle, time undone. Past embrace, future gone. Beware the choice; the wishful come. As Daniel hears these words play over and over in his mind, he has to make a decision that could change his life and the lives of his friends forever.
Rating: PG-13
Author's Notes: Written for the November DanJan Challenge: Develop your plot around the number three. It's up to you what the number signifies in your fic, but it must be a crucial element to the storyline.
Thanks Meg for beta-ing this for me, as always.

Date: 2005-11-26 08:47 pm (UTC)I prefer happy endings myself, but I wrote it so it could go either way. I know its a bit of a cliche theme so I wanted to put int a little guesswork and I did really need for it to be deeper. I needed Daniel to walk away with something that could change him.
Personally, I think it would be better as a sad little fic where Daniel learns to let go but Meg wouldn't let me ;)
