Got to get back to work in a few, but before I do here are two Lois/Clark Walls that I made the other day. They were for a Christmas exchange thing to spread the Clois cheer :)

It's a good thing I don't know anything about any holiday stuff for SG-1 or SPN or else I would have had no strength. Maybe next year :)

Jensen only had one scene in this episode, 4x02 "Gone." The scene is either incredibly sweet or very creepy, depending on your disposition. After Lana leaves Jason a note saying she's leaving France and going home, he follows her to Smallville to be with her and to get an explanation.

But if Clark is to ever fly on Smallville and it HAS to be with a woman, I hope it's Lana. Of course, I wish he'd just fly all by himself and not have any ship involved, but if he does ever fly, the first person should be Lana.

I mean they flew in the comics and all.

But yeah. Minority opinion here LOL

So here is the first post with screencaps of Jason Teague from Smallville for the Jensen fans on my flist. (Sorry

sg1danny but I promise they won't be every day.)

The caps are as is right from the show. I apologize that I didn't have time to clean them up. For those that didn't watch SV or know much about it: Jensen was a regular for S4, but very much in a supporting type role. I think he's in almost every episode, but he doesn't have enormous screentime.

I'm polling even though I am going to do it anyway...

I know my flist, overall, isn't into Smallville. And not so much into Jason Teague. (Oh so much potential!) But in order to spread the Jensen Ackles love, I was thinking of doing a semi-picspam from the SV episodes.

I call it semi because I don't have the patience nor the capabilities (stupid computer) to do those lovely massive picspams that many of you do. And I won't be cleaning them up. They're caps straight from the DVDs. But I'll make a few icons here and there. Also, I have no intention of clogging your flist all the time. It wouldn't be daily.

So...for those that like Jensen Ackles, interested in some pics from his stint of SV? His role wasn't fabulous, but boy was he pretty!

I'm giving myself a BREAK. For like a few minutes LOL

The other day I was thinking: why am I able to write so much Stargate: SG-1 fanfic and not so much Supernatural fanfic? My passion and fannishness of the shows are fairly equal. I'd even say that my fannishness for Smallville is equal. So how come at the height of my SG-1 days I could pump out at least one fic a week, but with SPN or SV I can't? Have a lost my touch? I want to write lots of SPN, darn it! I love that show.

Aside from my current time constraints and my need to focus on my original fic *is jealous of people that can do both at the same time*... I argue it isn't lack of interest or desire, but the nature of the shows themselves and how the intersect with my writing wants and needs.

( Stargate: SG-1, Supernatural, and Smallville are three shows that have very different structures/outcomes )

I'm sure everyone's experiences are different, but that's my take :)

Yay cartoons! *loves them*

So, since I have a bunch of chores done for the day, I popped out my superman cartoon DVDs that I've had for a while and never watched. Well, I saw a good chuck of these back when they first aired in the 90s - my bro was a fan - and I finally got around to watching most of the 3rd season. I watched the first two seasons last year.

Since I see Smallville as an amalgamation of all different media before it, I decided to look for similarities.

Don't touch my Dick Grayson. Don't. My fave Batman character. Noooooo.

I guess they are looking to have it replace SV if that show isn't renewed. If SV is renewed, it could play alongside SV. So, what that would do to SPN, I don't know.

It's being produced by Smallville's Souders and Peterson, and Supernatural's McG.

Mind you, I was super skeptical of Smallville when it first aired and was surprised that I enjoyed it. But I remain skeptical for a show like this. What kind of story can you tell about a boy before he is taken under by Bruce Wayne? I don't want to think about how bad this will conflict with Batman canon. I sort of go lalalalala with Smallville as it is.

I still think they should just go with a Green Arrow spin-off. Oh well. We'll see.
