Crack Wishlist and a Vid Request

Because I am trying to cheer myself up here...

The following is my crack idea wishlist.

I would love to see the following highly improbable cracky concepts on SPN before the show is over. If I don't see it, I won't be upset, but it would make me insanely happy. Maybe. This show is so heartbreaking. I would want these to be fun and maybe a little dramatic, not super charge angst. Heh.

1. Bodyswap. Sam and Dean swap bodies! Or Sam, Dean, and Bobby swap bodies! Think of the fun and angst! Every show does this. SPN should too *nods*

2. Christine homage. How about an episode where the Impala goes crazy? Yes? That little bit in the pilot where she chased the boys down was not enough.

3. Channel Hopping. I suggested this as a way to do a SPN/SV crossover, but I don't really want that to happen. Still, I could use an episode where the boys get sucked into their TV by the Trickster or something and are living different TV shows. That would be fun :)

4. Another curse episode. I loved the rabbit's foot episode. Can we have another like that? With something else?

5. Evil toothfairy.

Also, can anyone someday make me a fun/funny vid of Sam and Dean to "The Boys are Back in Town?" I love that song. It doesn't have to be now. Maybe we'll get some footage eventually in S5 where Sam and Dean are warmer towards each other. *sniff* But old footage and maybe eventual new footage would be cool :)

I want to see Show give us #1 dang it! I heard Kripke said he'd never do it, but I am hoping he's a lying liar that lies! :)

And OMG I'd love to see #2 - Dean's girl going all evil! :) I did read one somewhere that had her be alive and she gave birth to baby muscle cars and it was the cutest/funniest/crackiest thing ever! :)

LOL, I can just imagine how Jared & Jensen would have fun exaggerating each other's character's mannerisms. :D

Wow, I really miss S1 now. They were so fun! And Sam was funny. I don't remember Sam being so funny. I will be so sad if the series ends with them dead or something!

I sadly have never read the book. I don't read much horror, actually. I'll watch a horror movie or show or something from time to time and I love horror concepts, but I don't read much of it. Go figure LOL

#1 - YES PLZ! Just the chance to see them act like each other is enough for me.

#2 - Yes, because love for TEH BABY! She needs to be more involved, but I think everyone knows I feel this way. ;)

#3 - Now, that would be pretty epic, LOL! *hopes for X-Files references*

#4 - Curses are fun, simply because I always think of that line from "Bugs": you don't stop a curse; you get out of its way.

#5 - HA! Well, they already had evil Santa of sorts, so why not? Oh, and the teeth gore would be something to see, I'm sure.

This show is begging for a Christine homage. I'm surprised they haven't done it with so much Impala love there. It would be amazing. Out of all the ones I listed, this would work the most, I think, but if we haven't seen it yet I doubt we ever will. But gah. It would be awesome LOL

Any of the others they would have to be creative about it, but I'd still love to see them :)

You know, anymore, I wouldn't be surprised if the show did at least one (but possibly more) of those over the season. I'm counting on it, actually. I'd previously thought that fics in which the characters discover they are characters and that there is fans and fic and shipping was the crackiest of the cracky, and look what happened there. (metafiction is always like that though, so yeah.)

I'm not spoiled, so I wouldn't know, but I've been lucky enough to get what I've wanted before, LOL.

I never thought they would do the "Supernatural series as books" and then on top of that make the episode relevant by making Chuck a prophet. So I guess anything is possible!

Hmmm... I really wanted to do "The Boys are Back in Town" (it was on the radio again this morning) a fair few months ago and didn't because there were quite a lot of vids done to it already. I think some were lost when Imeem went belly up and then there was the big purge of YouTube and now most of them seem to have gone from the streaming sites - probably still around in older posts for download though, if I can find any of them I'll send you the links.

I know it's different for vidders and once you see a bunch of vids to song you kind of lose interest. But as someone who doesn't really vid, I could have 10 people read this post, make ten different vids to the same song, and I'd be happy. Each one is its own self expression, you know?

But, ah. That's just me ;)

Vidders love an appreciative audience and wish there were more like you out there, but there are some vocal nitwits out there that can't shut up about over-done songs or personal hate rants about this that and t'other and eventually? It gets you down. I did the Sarah McLachlan song "Fallen" for Sam not long ago and got quite a few messages with links to other vids done to this track and how tired they were of hearing it. In the end I got really pissed as nearly all those weren't even in this fandom (I've only ever vidded SPN) and not one of them were done to Sam's POV.

However I think the majority think as you, that each vid is it's own expression but as usual a small vocal minority takes the shine off the happy you know? It's still on my play list, so you never know, one day it might just take flight. :))

See, to me that is pointless, petty, and mean. That would be like leaving someone feedback for a fic and telling someone that another person had already written a story like that. Well, duh. There is no copyright on ideas. People have the same ideas. they just express them differently. Some people just seem to suck the joy out of everything :(
