Well, I decided to give this a try even if raloria read my brain and beat me to it. We have to try something at least once, right?



This is yet another Supernatural friending meme for the hiatus, but not just for the show. Aside from meeting more Samgirls or Deangirls, this is for people that are looking to make creative fandom friends - maybe you're an artist looking for fellow artists or a ficcer who would like to meet other ficcers to chat with - and maybe even share something in common beyond the show.

Disclaimer: While this is open to everyone, my primary goal is to meet more fans that don't wincest or slash in this fandom. I know many lovely people who do and that's cool, but I would love to meet some more gen or het people. So if you are a genner or a het fan, please make your voice heard :)

I was just discussing today with my sister Lorri, about how different Katie's Ruby & Gen's Ruby are.

We seem to like some of the same characters, and we even have a few fandoms in common. Friends? :)

Caaas...

I love Castiel. He was in the doghouse for a few episodes there with me, but he's back to being one of my faves :)

You say you are gen. Does that mean you don't slash Castiel with anyone? If that's the case, friends? I'm lookign for more gen friends that like Castiel. I actually love the odd friendship or whatever is going on between Castiel and Dean :)

Me too! (Clearly) I wasn't so sure about him after The Rapture, but I think I'm (and we :D) are ok now.

Yes, I'm gen, if I know my terms. ANd yes, I don't. I know it's unusual in this fandom, and I can certainly acknowledge the slashy components of some of their interactions, but I can't see them declaring true love/raising children/domestic bliss etc etc. I much prefer their foil-y, not romantic relationship.
