Election Day is over and I don't have to watch negative ads on TV anymore. Yay!!!

I'll have some more promised drabbles for later in the day.

I need to give some stats on NaNo.

You know, I have this really really silly idea for crackfic in SPN. Like, something I swore I never would write. You know how insane I get about canon so it's killing me that I even have the idea in the first place. It isn't meant to be taken seriously or even a reflection of how I see the characters. Just something funny and strange. But I don't know. Dean, Jo, and wings? I think that is a little too oddball for even me.

Also, random. I want to welcome all the new recruits to SPN. I've noticed over the past few months many of you have given the show a try and many of you are loving it (or at least liking it). Welcome! I really hope you continue to enjoy the show. It makes me all warm and fuzzy inside when I can share something I like with people.

I want to make icons for SPN and SG-1. And more thinky thoughts on Continuum and Supernatural. I also need more icons for SV. And squee. Always need more squee. Maybe later. I have to get some stuff done first.

I don't know what I was thinking when the idea hit me. I vowed to my closest SPN friends that i would never write crackfic. And especially never write crackfic with wings. I mean really? Wings?

And now I have this Dean/Jo idea with wings. *sigh* I don't even ship them!

But I did want to give a stab at writing them in fandom. (I tend to write pairings in fandom even if I don't ship on the show. I am weird.)

Maybe this will be my first try.

I liked her, but didn't love her. I actually really loved her in BUABS and then...no more :(

I wish they would have just focused on her as a character and then if she became a love interest, just let it happen instead of forcing it. I got the vibe that the writers weren't really sure what direction to take her character. She came off mostly as a little sister type and if they wanted to go that way, cool but drop the love interest aspect. if they wanted the love interest aspect, cool but focus on her maturity. Instead they sort of had both going on and it was weird to me. I agree with the missed opportunities.

And I wasn't very clear. Not Wings the show (which was an awesome show) but flappy wings.

Which is why I am totally embarassed about this idea :(

I really loved Continuum. It was a lot of fun. I wanted more Jack, but I have my fingers crossed for another movie.
