What have I been doing over the past few days? I'm buried in work, of course. Lots and lots of work.

But when I was ready to start punching things, I decided to go for a workout.

I tried belly dancing.

OMG, most fun EVER.

This something I will have to continue to explore.

In other news, I hate that my Thursday class gets out in the middle of SPN. I'd much rather it get after or before because walking into the living room in the middle of the show sucks.

However, my mother apparently has hated tonight's episode with a passion I didn't know existed. Crap. That bad? Now I am sad :(

I guess I'll watch it later and catch up on SV this weekend.

I did get to see the preview for next week's episode. Uh oh. Is it May 1st yet?

I'm with your mom. *g* I didn't like this week's episode. I wonder if it's a generational thing, because I think most people on my flist liked it. (Well, I'm not entirely sure of that. I've only skimmed a couple of reviews so far.) It made me dizzy and I thought it was boring.

I haven't watched Smallville yet. I'm still sad about last week's episode. It was such a weird episode.

I loved last week's SV. And next week's looks awesome :)

Maybe the SPN thing is generational. I don't know. When I watch it (and really kind of unspoiled for it so I don't know much) I'll post on whether I liked it or not.

Yeah, I don't know. I have four comments to my review that mostly sort of agree with me. *g* So maybe I'm wrong about that. For me it was mostly a stylistic thing. OTOH, sometimes people who disagree tend not to comment, which I really don't get at all.

I'll be interested to see what you think. :-)

Next week's SV looks awesome? I don't think I remember seeing the preview. Maybe I've already forgotten. [ETA: Duh. I am such a ditz. Of course I haven't seen the preview for next week yet, since I haven't watched this week's episode yet.]

I both loved and hated last week's episode, though it pissed me off that I got spoiled for The Big Thing. I didn't have a chance to watch it right away, and I subscribe to Buddy TV articles for that show. They put the big spoiler in the teaser for the article that was in the email. I wouldn't have read the article until after I'd watched, so that annoyed me. They could have had that in the second or third sentence so that people who get the articles via email wouldn't have seen it. Grrr...

Oh you got spoiled? :( See, SV is the only show I am spoiled for. I'd rather not know the episode plot point by plot point, but spoilers don't bother me.

For everything else, I flip out. I just don't want to know.

I am usually a spoiler whore for shows that I love, but I've been staying spoiler free for the big things on shows like Smallville and Torchwood. I don't mind knowing general stuff or small things or casting spoilers or even minor character spoilers, but I don't want to know the big things.

I've mostly been able to do this easily because I'm not in the larger fandoms, but it kind of annoyed me that after the UK airing of one of the Torchwood episodes, a zillion people on my flist posted their reactions outside of a cut. Usually I couldn't consider an episode reaction to be a spoiler, but these were all big and extreme reactions, which I felt was a bit much to post outside of a cut. I had no clue anything really big was happening. Even though I didn't know what it was, it annoyed me a bit, because I think it would have been better if I hadn't been bracing for some sort of shocking big event. *g*

But yeah, I hated being spoiled for that one big event on Smallville, too. I usually know a lot of the small stuff, but that was a pretty big thing to risk spoiling people about. Buddy TV has the first sentence or two of the article in the email and then a link. It would have been easy enough to avoid spoiling people.
