So, how did you do?

I made the low end of the goal I set which is really disappointing. Unfortunately, I haven't really stopped since this afternoon and this is the first time I've been able to relax. (Bad day, long story.) But I still managed to squeeze in 580 by 9pm. Maybe I'll get some more in before bed.

I'm having some computer problems (of course) but I'm going to try to connect with you all. I'd love to hear what you wrote about :)

I appear to be at 663. Constant interruptions are not my friends.

I know what you mean. The interruptions are driving me mad.

1150 but the night's not over out here. :)

It's an SPN fic.

Ack, you write fast!

An SPN fic? I would have never guessed! ;)

*snort*

I have an SG-1 story open, too, but have only made an edit here and there on it.

Only 509, but I'm pleased with that, because I've been asleep most of the afternoon / evening. Plus it's on my reel_sg1 fic, which had completely stalled, so woohoo and thank you!

Woohoo! That's awesome :) Nothing worse than stalling.

After getting distracted by keys that aren't working on my laptop (GAH!), I only have 549 words but I'm still plugging away. And I had a short, sweet little story, but now it's growing exponentially. And Daniel won't talk to me. And he should.

Cam, on the other hand, won't STFU.

Cam, on the other hand, won't STFU.

I had that problem earlier. I think he's getting revenge for that entire year when I'd only refer to him as Farscape Guy.

I only made 580 total. Murphy's Law came into play and it drove me batty all night. Did stuff for my bro. Did stuff for my parents. Dealt with hyper dogs. Ordered supper. Did laundry. And dealt with problems in between.

I'm lucky I got that far LOL

And then when I come on to see how every is doing? Computer locks up and it takes 5 minutes for me to IM anyone and then even longer to try and load a webpage.

Grr.

I hope Cam finally shut up and Daniel started talking to you. Or you could just make him mute.

733 words of an SG-1 fic. Then I got stuck. So I'm putting it aside for the day to see if the solution works itself out in my subconscious. I do have little vignettes from the second half of the story playing out in my mind, but I think I need to roll them around a little bit more before putting them down.

Ick, stuck. But it happens to the best of us. That's probably a good idea to let it sit and stew for a while. I bet you'll have a breakthrough in no time flat.

Almost 700 words of Daniel, Janet, and Cassie cuteness, yay! I'd keep going, but I've gotta get to work on my mom's Christmas present now that she's gone to bed. Hopefully I'll write the rest tomorrow and finally have another story in my series! :)

Nice! I came back but you were gone. It's for the best anyway. My computer just would not cooperate and even have restarts it's still being a pest.

I hope that you had a productive night and we'll see how far you can get today :)

I'm not sure, because I was writing in my notebook. That's okay right, I couldn't get on the computer until 1am yesterday.

Handwritten is more than okay. it's still writing and that is what counts :)

I'm always writing, every day, in notebooks. Usually fanfic or poetry.

Same here. I'm always jotting down snatches of dialogue and ideas and bits of narrative. I do a lot of writing at the computer, but I can't do it without my notebooks.

I rarely write fanfic straight onto the computer. The only thing I have written straight onto the computer are my novels.

Preliminary estimation (I wrote long hand for some inconceivable reason) is 1300 words. And then I couldn't tell which were the parts on the 5th page that needed to be rearranged/completely scrapped, so I went away and taught my sister how to dry dance ddr.

... Actually, wow. I think I'm over the page limit.
