Choices

Thanks for everyone being so great about the non-spoiler issues I have with SG-1 :)

Speaking of SG-1...Scifi is playing some eps tonight. I'm actually considering watching. I've been avoiding SG-1 lately. Not because I hate it. Just because I am enjoying the break and waiting for the new eps to start in April. Once the spring comes around, I plan on rewatching all the eps from the beginning and hoping I can look at them with new perspectives. But to do that, I can't watch them every day LOL

So...tempting. Don't know yet. I may just pop in another DVD while I delay the SG watching. I have Farscape, MacGyver, Smallville and Supernatural to pick from. Oh and X-Files, but I am delaying that like SG-1.

We'll see. I'm not a TV watcher, but now I have so many choices I don't know what to do!

That's what happened to me! *g* I've never been someone to sit around watching TV for hours at a time unless I was sick or something like that. Usually I've had only one show at a time that I watched--just one show and that's it. Sometimes I only watched that one show once a week, and just didn't have time to watch anything else.

Then because of SG-1, I ended up watching Atlantis, too, and because of SG-1, I watched the Stargate movie again and wondered about James Spader and found out he was in a new show, too, so I started watching that... *g*

I got used to having SG-1 to watch. I used to put on episodes every morning, and when there weren't any more new episodes and I was getting tired of watching all the old ones, I started looking for something else. I started watching The Daily Show, I think, just to have something to put on when I was cleaning up in the kitchen, and then lyraeinne told me about Supernatural. Supernatural led to Gilmore Girls and Smallville now...and both of them have loads of old episodes to catch up on, plus both are in season 6 now.

It's all too overwhelming. *g* Too many choices. hehe

I've watched SG-1 so many times it's not funny. So I wanted to break from it a while because I didn't want to get to the point where I hated watching it, you know? I already watched it too much to begin with. And with the long hiatus with the new eps, this seemed the perfect time for me to take a break. it makes anticipation so much sweeter.

But I don't tend to watch more than one show at once, either. So now to have a bunch to choose from is a bit overwhelming. And they're "fun" shows, too. Nothing I have to angst about ;)
