Trailer is out for the SPN Anime. Looks pretty cool, actually. I heard Jensen and Jared were going to do some voice work for it, but fandom seems confused about it. Any word on whether they are bringing it over here to North America?

Anime News says "The release, while dubbed in Japanese will also feature English subtitles, providing an incentive for fans to import the show."

io9 seems to think the DVDs will be available in the States by late February, subbed into English, but in the above source they're quoting, it uses the word "import" so I'm not sure on that one.

One article I read said Jared and Jensen will do the English voice for the first few episodes, but there's nothing about if they'll do the whole run, or they'll have someone else do the English version.
