My love for Supernatural started just one week ago. My sister gave me the season one box set for Christmas. What she didn't know was that I already had it. I've had it for about a year and a half. People kept telling me how awesome the show is and how much they think I'd love it, especially since I'm into The X-Files, so I bought a used copy of the season one box set. But then with work, I didn't have a chance to watch it, and I totally forgot I had it. Really, I should have started watching it when I was whining about going through all my Numb3rs DVDs and having nothing to watch.
So when I got the box set for Christmas, I figured I should start watching the series. And holy crap, I LOVE it!! A few episodes in, I was thinking that Sam is my favourite character, and now I'm certain of it. I love Dean too, but Sam is beyond awesome. I just picked up Supernatural icons yesterday. In fact, I rang in the new year looking for one... and I had to get a Supernatural wallpaper too. Hehe!
So yeah, I am certifiably obsessed at this point. I have only watched most of the first season, so I am really behind and need to get caught up. But I frickin' love this show! I can't believe I didn't get into it earlier. Well, actually, yes, I can. Work was eating up so much of my life that it was hard for me to get into anything new as I had so little free time.
