Dean's Medallion

I was just thinking...wouldn't it be funny if the medallion Dean was wearing in 2x20 What Is and What Should Never Be instead of his amulet was actually a medallion of St. Michael? I have no idea what it was, but I think that would be cool. :)

Who knows right? I know many people suspect it was a saint medallion. Michael seems like the perfect fit. I've never seen anyone find out what the medallion was though.
