Wow, the Inconsiderate Are Out In Droves Today

Not only do I see uncut stuff on my flist, but I also had the fortune of finding a Supernatural spoiler discussion in the middle of Smallville spoilers. Just because a person is spoiled for one show, doesn't mean they are for another. And just because something might not seem to need a cut, doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't.

Becaue now I'm making connections and seeing stuff I wanted to wait for. Grr.

Man, people can be inconsiderate.

ETA: One problem fixed! Thank you! I don't consider them spoilers, but I just didn't want to see them.

I feel you. It seems like everywhere I go, someone has a cut that reads "a spoiler about so-and-so!" And it's, like, a character I didn't even know was coming back, LOL! OR it's a character that I really like, so now I'm scared it's a negative spoiler, and it becomes this huge temptation to read it. So... yeah, I consider that getting spoiled, personally. People just don't think.

Casting doesn't bother me so much so I am aware of a few casting spoilers. it's when I hear a plot spoiler, I get nervous because then I start connecting th casting to the plot and then I get really worried it'll be something negative to a character that I like. And then I'm tempted to peek and gah. :(

I'm more angry over going to a Smallville site to be spoiled about Supernatural. I've been very good and careful this year so far.

I don't really consider the Gag Reel spoilers, but it's something I would rather stay surprised about, you know? It's one of the reasons why I buy the DVDs. I know most people don't care and that I'm in the minority. I understand that. I just want something to look forward to. Things have been so bad that it's kind of my treat that I wait for.

I don't plan to defriend you over something like that. Most people probably don't consider it a spoiler or something that should be cut. I just happen to feel that way. I'm not sure why you automatically think I would unfriend you for something though :(

The fact is, you're not alone in considering the Gag Reel to be spoilery. I ran into the same thing last year and I didn't remember until I saw your post. But of course, the damage has been done to you and who knows how many others.

I don't consider the Gag Reel as spoilery, but I do have to consider others who do.

And here I was going to complain about the bus driver pulling over to the side of the street ... to go pick up a bagel and coffee, leaving a coach with passengers in it to sit and wait.

Man, I hate spoilers for SPN. I hate the wank those spoilers bring. I really don't get it - why do people enjoy that experience? I'd rather not know what's coming than think I know what's coming and work myself into a tizzy about it.

I'm with you on loving bloopers, its always the first thing I watch on any DVD. But I did see s4's on youtube at the recent comic-con, bad quality though.
I had rumors of cast/characters pop up on my flist, but meh, fortunately thats about it.

I dont understand some people's need to know what happens before it comes out. Or their need to go around running their mouths like "haha I know everything listen to me I will tell you all whats gonna happen haha" freaking morons.
I enjoy stuff so much more when I'm not sure what will happen, like 'edge of my seat'
I got spoiled of S4's finale through a post that didnt warn about spoilers for 4.22 in their wallpaper and the same for a gif,
T_T yesh it is inconsiderate to the Aussie's who are half a season behind :( so I wasnt shocked by anything that happened in 4.22, unlike my sisters, I felt like the s4 finale dragged and was the most less exciting SPN finale. Stupid spoilers ruined the big twist for me!

I don't know if I'm lucky that I have so few SPN friends on my flist and don't participate elsewhere, or if that's really sad. I find it pretty easy to remain spoiler-free by virtue of my internet seclusion. ;)

And, yes, seriously. I like the driver. He's nice and all, but dude. It's gonna be a long bus week - yesterday my first bus sideswiped a car and we all had to get out and catch another bus while he dealt with the accident.

I didn't spoil you, did I? I try to be super careful, but I do use icons and animations in my journal once the episode airs in the US. I try to wait a couple of weeks before I use them, but I have a hard time remembering who lives where and who has seen what. I know that I put most everything under cuts, even when I am talking about old stuff. But you never know. Even though I rarely spoil myself for SPN, everyone can get careless from time to time.

That sucks you didn't enjoy S4's finale. Knowing the end would certainly do that :(

Nah you didnt spoil me. It was like 3 days after it aired in the US, we were just past episode 'Sex & Violence' I think when I got spoiled, meh not sure just guessing but no it wasnt fun watching this season when I knew what was gonna happen, to be honest I'm glad we finally finished S4 here now. The fun stuff this season gave me was all in the first half.
Yeah it sux I found 'Lucifer Rising' to be boring and unexciting because I knew already what was gonna happen. No nail biting or shocks for me :(
And good about it being KSite because I dont go there anyway besides for the poll voting for the awards after the seasons.
Perhaps we should make banners like below;
