I don't know how much this one goes for, but one that I've had for years is called Spirits, Fairies, Leprechauns, and Goblins: An Enclycopedia by Carol Rose. I use it for everything - fanfic, fun, interest, and original writing. It's great and I bought it on Amazon.
I actually need a new one. Mine is falling apart from so much use :)
