It frustrates me because I do like to defend the character of Chloe because I like her. But this season really pushed my buttons with her storyline, especially in the second half, when she ate up so muhc screentime and I felt like I wasn't watching Clark at all. This isn't the first time this has happened, but I'm usually able to blame Lana LOL
I can't say that I lost faith in the writers because I didn't have much to begin with. But I still enjoyed the show and really felt that while they were mucking things up, they had some good characters and stories to tell. When they kept it fun, it was great. I just don't know if I can forgive them for the Jimmy thing. I liked the Chimmy in the finale, but the whole Jimmy retcon really set me off.
It's too bad because when this show does things right, it's golden!
