There's also Shades of Gray, where you have Jack being suspended and Makepeace is given command of SG-1 over Sam, which obviously does not sit well with Daniel or Teal'c. In fact, I think Teal'c even walks out of the inpromptu meeting about the new commander, doesn't he? He shows then, not only his bond to Sam, but his willingness to accept orders from her and follow her into battle.
