Big Bangs

So, as we know, fandoms like their ficathons and big bangs. I'm signed on board to do the Supernatural Gen BB (heaven help me), but I've also been nudged a bit to do the Dark Angel one as well.

These are bad ideas. They are BAD ideas.

But...let's just say I were tempted to at least ponder the thought - not a word meg_tdj - then I might be open to some suggestions. If nothing grabs me, hey fine. No biggie and I move on. But if there is something that catches my eye, what's the harm in at least thinking about it?

So if you like Dark Angel and feel like giving me some prompts, please do so. I'm shakier with DA than I am SPN, and feel the most comfortable with Alec-centric stuff (shocker), but I had a lot of feedback saying I have a strong Joshua voice. I don't ship Max/Alec, and I'm pretty canon based. If I were to write anything, it'd be during series or post-series.

I *think* my strengths lie with psychological stuff and I'm a fan of action-based stuff. That is very broad, but there it is.

TITLE of challenge (if any): 'Til We Meet Again
DETAILS: Angst/Romance.

Alec/Rachel

Alec is on the brink of death. His spirit is in limbo where Rachel Berrisford waiting for him. They discuss his past, his present and how he may not have a future. Rachel tries to convice Alec that he has much to live for despite the fact that Alec wants to stay with her. She also tells him that she'll continue waiting for him and that they'll be together when it's really his time to go.



2.
TITLE of challenge (if any): Trees and their Fruits (If you have something better please change)
DETAILS: Angst.

Max has always looked for her mother. When they get a lead that a woman in a mental institution could be a former Manticore surrogate, Max takes off to investigate. The woman is a surrogate alright. But she gave birth 2 boys, one of which has already followed her footsteps and gone crazy.

Author decides if this should have a Max/Alec pairing.



3.
TITLE of challenge (if any): The Devil Wears Prada
DETAILS: Humor.

The X-series transgenics are strong, fast, sleek, mysterious and beautiful. They are the definition of excellence and superiority. As the mainstream has started to embrace the once shunned residents of Terminal City and are clamoring for all things transgenic,one car or fashion company has latched on to the idea that the X Series' image would go well with the image their company wants to project. And they already have one transgenic in mind, Alec.

Laughter ensues as Mole fronts as Alec's manager (to make those slick Company Execs think twice before cheating them), Ralph and/or Zero discover that being a soldier is sometimes easier than being an intern, Dalton debuts into puberty by falling for the former model tutoring Alec and Max is pissy over losing two of her lieutenants (Alec and Mole) to the world of glitz and glamour even if just for a short time.



4.
TITLE of challenge (if any): Heaven Help Us
DETAILS: Humor.


Everyone thinks that Alec is your average X5. What if some rogue scientist added a few "enhancements" to Alec, when he was cloned from Ben, without telling anyone in Manticore? Wing!fic. At one point Mole jokingly says that even as a nomalie Alec is still disgustingly pretty.
