Big Bangs

So, as we know, fandoms like their ficathons and big bangs. I'm signed on board to do the Supernatural Gen BB (heaven help me), but I've also been nudged a bit to do the Dark Angel one as well.

These are bad ideas. They are BAD ideas.

But...let's just say I were tempted to at least ponder the thought - not a word meg_tdj - then I might be open to some suggestions. If nothing grabs me, hey fine. No biggie and I move on. But if there is something that catches my eye, what's the harm in at least thinking about it?

So if you like Dark Angel and feel like giving me some prompts, please do so. I'm shakier with DA than I am SPN, and feel the most comfortable with Alec-centric stuff (shocker), but I had a lot of feedback saying I have a strong Joshua voice. I don't ship Max/Alec, and I'm pretty canon based. If I were to write anything, it'd be during series or post-series.

I *think* my strengths lie with psychological stuff and I'm a fan of action-based stuff. That is very broad, but there it is.

Oh! I love reading good DA fics and honestly, there are so few...
My favorites are those that focus on the fact that Alec went through the whole training and was an accomplished soldier, in contrast with Max who ran away when she was just getting started. Like, some problem happens that Max thinks that she can solve (say in Terminal city, for example) but fails because she lacks those skills and has to turn to Alec for it.

Also, I'll cover you in chocolate cookies no matter what DA story you write, because I know it's gonna be awesome :)))

i don't know if you want to go down this path or not but my subconscious mind brought me Max/White. idek where that came from but if you get inspired or feel like writing it, i would love a progression from their super-antagonistic relationship to one where they genuinely care for each other to the extent that White turns around and fights to protect Max from those cult people. Max can actually care about White or just use him. do what you will with the side characters ;)
