Finished Pushing Daisies

That was a fun and quirky show, and also sad and moving at the same time. The ending was kinda rushed though, eh? Lots of unanswered questions.

It's a shame it was canceled. I really enjoyed it.

Bryan Fuller had very little time to wrap it up and still hopes to make comic books and maybe a movie of it, so he only tied off a couple of plot lines. I love that show!

Like a TV movie? Because I'd be all for that. I think that could wrap up any loose ends nicely, especially since the loose ends remaining would be very plot intensive.

At least there was a semi-ending to this. Some shows don't even get that. :(

Fuller actually hopes for a theatrical release, which I think is dreaming. He may be aiming high in the hopes of compromising on a tv movie. We can hope. I think all the actors loved it and would be willing to return, if their schedules permit.

Also, the no touching thing was handled so much better than the stuff on Dark Angel.

Yes, it was!

OMG this show was totally epic and blew me away, I bought both seasons on dvd and still love to watch episodes when ever I get the chance. Like you I was disappointed with the series finale and found it rushed.

From what I read Bryan Fuller who was also the genius behind the also canceled series "Wonderfalls" plans on making PD into comics/graphic novels kind of like Joss Whedon did with both BTVS and Angel.

It's a real shame that PD got canned, but it seems to plague Bryan Fuller's shows: Dead Like Me, Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies (at least those are the ones I know of and I think Dead Like Me got a bit longer run than the others). I hope he is able to make them into comics or wrap it up somehow because there was too much left open.

Yeah, I really enjoyed Pushing Daisies. I really had hoped it would continue, but no, no such luck!

I heard they were doing a comic book to wrap up the loose ends, but it's been so long, I don't even remember where I read about that. Either way, it's a shame it was canceled.

I really adored this show beyond words. I was so sad when it got canceled. I think I'm still sad over it. :( It was different, fun, and everything. I should definitely do a rewatch, especially since I just got the second second on DVD recently. :)
