Sadly, I tend to remember it and it impacts how I view the person in the future. Not that it makes a difference. Most people don't know when I am upset with them anyway, heh ;)

I apologize fairly often for being cranky or accidentally more sharp-tongued than I intended, but if I think someone owes me an apology, I make sure they understand why I think that, and if they still don't apologize, I don't talk to them ever again because fuck that noise. But that's only happened like...once.
