I was told two 'fan favorites' will bite the dust.
Since Jo is hated by the anti-female fans, and Castiel and Bobby are favorites my money is on them, but I've been decieved by Kripke before, he said in a Sci-Fi Now! mag interview that Ruby was staying and now she's dead. So it very well could be one or both of the Harvelles but that is so MEAN to bring them back after 2 seasons to just kill them. I think to make the finale more dire is take away the most strongest supporters of the Winchesters. I'd hate for any character to die, but having Bobby T_T and their Angel out of the way leaves the Bros more at a disavantage.
