Yeah the Max and Logan stuff? Wow. You know, I surprised myself by liking them quite a bit in S1. They had chemistry and their characters learned so much from each other.
The drama in S2 between the two of them was horrible. I really hated it.
I don't know if I would say I loved the beginning of S2 like you did, but at that point there was so much potential. By the end I knew that potential had been missed. I did end up liking individual episodes throughout the season - episodes that explored the characters. So Joshua and Annie, Alec dealing with the Ben fall out, etc - that intrigued me. I liked the Sam and Max episode. They should have focused more on that.
