For me, part of it was not understanding why they decided to make so many Nomblies (sp?). It pushed the believability till it teetered just on the wrong side of the edge for me. Not sure why. It was just silly that suddenly every transgenic encountered was an animal/human hybrid.
Plus, Lydecker was so much better a bad guy than White. White was so caricature I couldn't take him seriously.
But The Berrisford Agenda. Oh, poor, sweet, messed-up Alec. I loved him before that, but that episode sealed the proverbial deal.
