Nice support from Janet, and some fun angsting from Daniel!

I'm a bit confused, though. Is this the springboard to another story? Do we ever find out what Bastet was hiding? And how exactly did Jacob get to Earth quickly enough to be in Egypt before Rayner is even well enough to be moved?

I have to say, I quite liked the "Danny" usage there. After my whole Daniel/Danny rant, I still find it perfectly okay when Jacob uses it. Fickle, thy name is FigNewton! :)
