moonshayde: (Focused)
[personal profile] moonshayde
I am splitting out my fandom interests and my writing interests more strictly going forward. That doesn't mean I won't talk about writing here or I won't talk about some of my favorite shows/movies/fandom in my writing accounts. They've been blending too much and I just like to have separate places where I can focus better. Sometimes you just want to squee!

You can find my fandom musings (Supernatural, Superman, Star Wars, X-Files, Stargate, Dark Angel, etc.) at the following:

Twitter and Tumblr are freshly minted so they are bare. I'll be adding to them this weekend. If you are interested in following my professional accounts leave a comment or message me. I can be found on Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr.

Giving myself specific places to focus on the things I love should help me be more engaged. This feels like a good move. I am excited 🙂

Followed you on both. :D

(Um... my Tumblr has a random name, but I'm sure you'll recognize me by the Raza obsession, yes?)

Oh nice. I will add you back.

I felt like I was stuck between the two: I feel a successful writer needs to show some personality and showcase some of their interests. But if my professional accounts are just me squeeing over this and that, then it drowns out my writing persona. And there are times I want to squee and repost, and it was holding me back.

So now I get freedom with my writing persona and freedom with my fandom persona. Win-win!

I don't have Tumblr, but I followed your Twitter with the Hathor Legacy account (I have a Twitter account for every site, and one for my name, but I really never check it).
